"Stay healthy, stay fit."
1. Drink water and stay hydrated.
2. Cut out all junkfood.
3. Try to do cardio 5 days per week, 30 minutes per day: running / walking / dancing / whatever just keep moving
4. Try to do ab exercises 3 times a week and plan so that you have a rest day between every day you do ab exercises. (never skip rest days!)
5. Never skip breakfast
6. Eat slowly
7. Do the most effective exercise efficiently
8. Ignore the scale. Focus on your condition and health, not the number.
